Danielle Piscal, LSW
Danielle is a Licensed Social Worker who graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Stockton University. She has over 6 years of experience working in the mental health field. She works primarily with adolescents and adults and has worked with a wide variety of populations in community health settings. Danielle’s personality is very calm and supportive. She creates a space that is free from judgment and keeps an open mind for whatever you would like to bring to therapy. Her approach is very empathetic and encouraging. You will feel like she is on this journey with you, as a guide and source of support. She will offer validation and comfort, but will challenge you when it’s needed.

Danielle is open-minded and non-judgmental. She takes an affirming yet challenging approach to assessing your individualized needs and collaborating on ways to progress in your goals. Danielle’s specialties are military families, pregnancy/postpartum, and coping skills for general anxiety and depression. Other common areas she works in include, but are not limited to; grief, relationships, self esteem, and spirituality. While her most common treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused brief (SFB); she will incorporate treatments best fit for each individual.
