Olivia Pruznick, LPC
Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with a Masters from Monmouth University, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field. She works primarily with adolescents and adults and has worked in various settings including school based programs, outpatient therapy, and acute hospitalization programs. Olivia’s personality is very warm and inviting and her approach will leave you feeling supported and encouraged. She provides sessions in person at our Freehold location and virtually throughout New Jersey through a secure telehealth portal.

Olivia has an approach that is strength based, person-centered, and motivational. She takes an inquisitive approach to identify and overcome barriers with empowerment and encouragement. Olivia’s specialties are gender identity, autism, and relationship issues, but enjoys working with any client that has a desire for positive change. Other common populations she works with include, but are not limited to ADHD, anxiety and depression, codependency and relationship dynamics, autism and developmental disorders, life transitions, and LGBTQ+. While her most common treatment modalities are attachment based, existential, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing; she will incorporate treatments best fit for each individual.
