Sally is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with a Masters in Professional Counseling from Monmouth University. She has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field in areas such as group and private practice, university mental health services, and community mental health. She works primarily in the area of disordered eating and body image, mood disorders, life transitions, and obsessive compulsive disorder, but has vast experience in a multitude of mental health treatment areas. Additional areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; anxiety and depression, chronic conditions, codependency and relationships, emotional disturbances and disorders, gender and sexuality, and grief . Sally provides services virtually, and in person at our Freehold office.

Sally has an approach that is open, dynamic, and passionate. She enjoys working with individuals and groups, and can accommodate couples. She uses a variety of treatment modalities that include acceptance and commitment, attachment based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), compassion focused, eclectic, existential, exposure response prevention, gestalt, narrative, person centered, prolonged exposure therapy, solution focused, and strength based. Sally will work with you to develop an approach fitting for your needs.
